Part one
Tell me everything. We kick things off with a deep dive into you, your business, and what's actually going on. I ask a lot of questions — like, a lot — and I am not shy about sharing my initial thoughts and opinions. Consider this the part where we become business besties.

We chart our course. Armed with everything I've learned, we map out a clear, intentional game plan — priorities, next steps, and a roadmap that actually makes sense for where you are and where you're headed. No noise, no overwhelm. Just a solid plan.
